I will never share your information with anyone for third party marketing.

If you use us again a second time, I need your information again because I didn't keep it. (I did save your contact info for potential coupon emailing and to invite you to leave feedback).

I will never spam you or mail something to you other than an invoice related to our business together..

I share your email address and first name with Customer Lobby ( http://www.customerlobby.com/ ) who invites you to leave feedback about us over the phone or through email. They do not use this information for anything else other than pitching you to leave me a good grade so other people will feel more comfotable doing business with me.

Your credit card information is written on one sheet of paper, our control copy, this is never shared, it's recorded for bookkeeping then put away for IRS record keeping only.

 

Most of my marketing is permission based, you have to instigate a query to get our attention.

I sometimes leave notes on people's cars when I see damage that should be repaired, if this offends, I am sorry, but it seems like a good way to get the word around. I will likely put an email together once or twice a year to previous customers, which seems like a good idea and not invasive.
